With over seven years of industry experience, Joseph Lordi toiled to establish himself as a notable agent within the Queensland property sphere.
With a critical skill set, diligent work ethic and expert insight into a variety of postcodes, Joseph found himself continuously seeking a workplace that recognised the importance of agent autonomy, and a personalised experience for buyers and sellers.

The problem:
After exploring and experiencing five different agencies, gradually building his own clientele and carefully studying the needs and wants of his consumers, Joseph came to a point of realisation – there’s an innate human need for a delicate balance between autonomy and comfort, and a fervent desire for personalisation.
Now, this epiphany came two-fold; characterised by a recognition that agencies no longer run the industry – but agents do.

The solution:
One morning, deciding to move with the current, not against it, Joseph shrewdly decided to create a business for separate real estate teams to work autonomously yet collectively - with the support of a shared buyer database, a strong work ethic, and a robust home base.
